Job Description
HGV Class 1 drivers required for ongoing, full-time work based from a depot in Severn Beach, BS35. This role offers excellent work-life balance, as it is a fixed 4 day working week!
- £39,520 – £44,616 per annum, depending on shift pattern
- 44 hours per week – 4 x 10/11 hour shifts
- Friday to Monday
- Start between 1100 – 1400
- Weekly pay, start ASAP
- Overtime available
- Holiday pay on accrual basis
- Canteen and free parking on site
Breakdown of pay rates
- Monday to Friday AM rate – £17 per hour PAYE
- Monday to Friday PM rate – £18 per hour PAYE
- Saturday rate – £20 per hour PAYE
- Sunday rate – £22 per hour PAYE
About the job
- Daily vehicle checks
- Between 1 and 3 drops daily – all deliveries palletised
- Completing delivery paperwork as required
The right candidate
- UK Class 1 driving licence, Full CPC and Digi card.
- No more than 3 points on your licence
- Excellent communication skills
