Salary :$16 – $23 an hour

SoFlo Cleaners, a reputable cleaning company serving clients in Broward County, FL, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaners / Limpiadores(as). As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

– Perform cleaning tasks according to established standards and guidelines / Realizar tareas de limpieza de acuerdo con los estándares y pautas establecidos.

– Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas / Quitar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, trapear y desinfectar diversas áreas.

– Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas / Limpiar y desinfectar baños, cocinas, dormitorios y áreas comunes.

– Handle and safely use cleaning products and equipment / Manejar y utilizar de forma segura productos y equipos de limpieza.

– Maintain a neat and organized work environment / Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y organizado.

– Adhere to safety protocols and practices / Cumplir con los protocolos y prácticas de seguridad.

Qualifications:

– Must have 1+ years of house cleaning experience / Debe tener experiencia en limpieza de casas de al menos 1 año.

– Speak English (or be able to use a translator app) / Hablar inglés (o ser capaz de usar una aplicación de traducción).

– Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers / Actitud amigable y servicial hacia los clientes.

– Must have or be willing to obtain Business Liability Insurance / Debe tener o estar dispuesto(a) a obtener un seguro de responsabilidad comercial.

Requirements:

– Be legally authorized to work in the USA / Tener permiso de trabajo o ser legalmente autorizado(a) para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.

– Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation / Tener una licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable.

– Must have availability from Monday to Friday, with some Weekends as needed.

– Must be able to pass a criminal background check / Capacidad para pasar una verificación de antecedentes penales.

– A smartphone with a good camera quality is required / Se requiere un teléfono inteligente con una buena calidad de cámara.
