Job Description
We are recruiting for a cleaner/ caretaker to work for a housing association. The association has a large housing estates in Willesden.
The role involves cleaning the communal areas, this can included but not limited to vacuum cleaning the carpeted areas, mopping floors,and stairwells emptying bins, litter picking outside areas, and ensuring the trade bin area is kept clean and tidy.
The work isn’t heavy but you do need to be physically fit. Ability to communicate in English is essential as there will be instruction via phone and face to face contact with the residents.
A proven background in caretaking or cleaning is essential
You will need to have a basic disclosure check completed and provide 3 years previous work/ educational history
The starting salary is £13.80
The working hours are 7.30am – 3.00pm Monday -Friday with 1/2 hour break. (35 hours a week)
