Job Description
Dudley Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our client, a successful manufacturer, in Kingswinford. As an Assembler, you will play a vital role in our clients manufacturing process by assembling various components to create finished products.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand tools and machinery
Inspect parts and finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Collaborate with team members to optimise assembly processes and improve efficiency
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines
Hours of work:
- 30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday
- 30am-2pm Friday
Rate of pay:
- £12 per hour
