Salary:$37 – $39 Per Hour

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day business operations. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving business growth. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and maximize profitability.

Monitor and assess operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Foster collaboration and streamline processes across teams to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Continuously monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Analyze operational data to generate insightful reports and make data-driven decisions.

Oversee budgeting and financial management for operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving results and achieving operational goals.
• In-depth understanding of business operations and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse teams.
• Proficiency in operational management tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
