Pertemps Recruitment are the largest independent recruitment consultancy in the UK and for the last 16 years have been in the ‘Top 100 Companies To Work For’.
We are looking to recruit a recruitment sales consultant to join our successful Crawley temps office.We’re in a period of growth and we want an enthusiastic sales person to sell our recruitment service to businesses and to make sure we are maximising opportunities in the region.

You will be responsible for;
– Account management of an existing client base to ensure we provide the best recruitment service and that all sales opportunities are realised
– Business Development over the phone and face to face across West Sussex and Surrey- getting the Pertemps name out there and ultimately converting prospects to clients
– Management of margins and ensuring new business won is sufficiently profitable
– Assisting the team with the recruitment and coordination of a temporary workforce to fill temporary bookings/vacancies

You don’t need recruitment experience but we are looking for someone with the following skillset;
– Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of margins etc.
– Business acumen and an ability to identify business opportunities
– Determined and disciplined to carry out sales activity on a daily basis
– Sales / telesales / telemarketing / field sales / business development experience (ideally B2B)
– A strong relationship builder
– The ability to multitask and strong coordination skills
