We have an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives in the Leamington area.  A leading global automotive business is looking for Production Operatives to start immediately and work on an ongoing basis.  These roles will be based at their state-of-the-art Leamington Spa facility.

Duties will include:

• Assembly of car interior parts
• Visual quality checks
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
• Helping the team to hit targets

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• A can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a busy, fast paced team
• Experience of working within a manufacturing/production environment is desirable but not essential

You will be on a rotating shift pattern, the hours are as follows:

Days: Monday to Thursday 6am until 2pm and Friday 6am until 1pm
Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 2pm until 10pm and Friday 1pm until 8pm

You will be doing these shifts in a rotating pattern and you will need to be flexible for this.

Pay rates and benefits include:

• £11.59 per hour for all basic hours
• Enhanced overtime rates available for additional hours worked
• Weekly pay
• Start work immediately!
