We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s fresh food distribution centre based in Hinckley, LE10 3BZ.
As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include:
Order picking Using mechanical equipment such as MHE Using an arm computer (AMT) Opportunities to gain second skill
An enhanced current rate of pay for all colleagues:
- • New rate from 21 Aug of 9.5% increase:
- Day rate – £12.41/hour
- Night rate – £15.51/hour
- Weekend rate – £16.50/hour
- Overtime rate up to £22.71 depending on shifts worked
Performance incentive for warehouse colleagues:
- • Colleagues who are meeting targets this can range between and additional £0.30 and £1 on the hour
- • You do need to work 60% of your hours on timed or measured hours worked that week to qualify
Additional premiums:
• 25% Nights, 33% weekend and 50% bank holiday
Personal Days:
• Increased from 1 to 2 Personal Days. Subject to terms and conditions.
Shifts available:
Any 5 out of 7 days subject to client requirements
- • AM shift – 06:00-14:00
- PM shift – 14:00-22:00
- Nights – 22:00-06:00
