Commercial Cleaning Job Chicago, South Shore Area
Young Building Solutions is a cleaning company that services a wide variety of commercial buildings, recreation centers, and medical and university facilities.
Part-time positions are available in or near Chicago’s South Shore area.
Opening hours: 5 to 6 days a week.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
-Good communication skills
-Fluent English speaking (bilingual is an advantage)
-Organized and attentive to details
-Reliable transportation
-Basic time management skills
-Ability to work well in a team
-Flexibility to work at any time
-Maintain a good relationship with professional behavior
- Successfully pass a background check
- Must be 21 years of age to apply
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Floor maintenance: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
Empty the trash and replace the bags
Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, locker rooms and/or showers and gym (depending on designated location)
-Dusty offices, gym equipment
-Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors
-Maintain the appearance of facility patrol locations (depending on designated location))
