Condominium is Hiring a Concierge to Maintain Common Areas Fort Lauderdale, Florida
in Fort Lauderdale is currently interviewing for a concierge for common area maintenance (not within individual units). Requirements: -Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push trash containers weighing approximately 500 pounds.
-Must have at least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role in a condominium. The position requires leadership and communication in English and Spanish. -Must have experience performing BOTH cleaning and maintenance jobs (drywall repairs, painting, etc.) Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay is $15 per hour.
