Grandpa’s Schnitzel We are hiring a waitress/bartender Sarasota, Florida

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented people to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and seat guests and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the dining experience.
2. Accurately receive and transmit customer orders to kitchen staff.
3. Serve food and drinks promptly and with attention to detail.
4. Competently share knowledge about German dishes, ingredients and cultural nuances.
5. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
6. Collaborate with other employees to ensure the smooth running of the business.
7. Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness in the dining area.

Assessments:

1. Proven experience in a similar position.
2. Knowledge of German cuisine is an advantage, but not mandatory.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
6. Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
