Job for Air Conditioning Installer and Installation Helper in Lutz, Florida
FL-Air Heating & Cooling is an HVAC company and is currently immediately hiring lead installers and installation helpers.
Requirements:
-Lead installer must have 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, trade school degree and EPA certification (preferred but not required), strong customer service skills, clean driving record and background check, you must have all necessary hand tools and strong problem-solving skills.
-The helper must have 2+ years of experience assisting the lead installer and be able to perform a variety of tasks to assist in the successful installation of HVAC equipment. Strong customer service skills, clean driving record, and criminal background check are required.
Pay based on experience. A $3,500 retention bonus is offered after 90 days for lead installers.
We provide a company vehicle for the main installer.
