Apartment Maintenance Technician Job in Gainesville, Florida
Looking for a maintenance technician to work on an apartment in the Gainesville area.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $18/hour – PAID WEEKLY
Responsibilities:
-Remove empty drives
-Perform routine preventive maintenance, etc.
Have solid experience in the following tasks:
Plumbing: repair sinks/showers/toilets, replace light fixtures, unclog drains (snaking when applicable) Electrical: replace light fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol
Carpentry: repair holes, replace doors/locks, hanging cabinets, light paint touch-ups
Appliances: Assistance with the installation of washers and dryers, stoves (when applicable), installation of garbage disposals, minor repairs.
