Condominium janitor/maintenance job Boca Raton, Florida
in Boca Raton is currently interviewing for a janitor/maintenance to maintain common areas (not within individual units).
Requirements:
-Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push trash containers weighing approximately 500 pounds.
-Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in a condominium.
-The position requires leadership and communication in English.
-Must have experience performing BOTH cleaning and maintenance work (drywall repairs, painting, etc.)
Working hours: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
7:30am – 11:30am – Sunday
40 hours a week. Days off: Wednesday and Saturday.
Pay is $15 per hour.
