Condominium Janitor/Maintenance Job in Boca Raton, Florida
currently interviewing a janitor/maintenance for maintenance of common areas (not within individual units).
Requirements:
-Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push trash containers weighing approximately 500 pounds.
-Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in a condominium.
-The position requires leadership and communication in English.
-Must have experience performing BOTH cleaning and maintenance jobs (drywall repairs, painting, etc.) Working hours 7:30 am – 5:00 pm – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. 7:30 am – 11:30 am – Sunday 40 hours per week Days off: Wednesday and Saturday. Pay is $15 per hour.
