Maintenance Concierge Job at Condominium Pompano Beach, Florida
Pompano Beach Condo is currently interviewing a concierge for common area maintenance (not within individual units).
Requirements:
-Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push trash containers weighing approximately 500 pounds.
-Must have at least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role in a condominium.
-The position requires leadership and communication in English.
-Must have experience performing BOTH cleaning and maintenance work (drywall repairs, painting, etc.). O
Working hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay is $16 per hour.
