Handyman and Helper Job Miami, Florida
We are hiring a full-time Shopping Center Handyman.
Assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining buildings and grounds.
Responsible for resolving maintenance issues using proprietary skills and tools.
Must pay attention to details and have a good, pleasant attitude when interacting with tenants and vendors.
You will receive a company cell phone; must be able to send/receive email.
Position requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in general maintenance or maintenance personnel
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Strong communication skills
Time: FR 7:30am to 4:30pm
