Maintenance Technician Job Orlando, Florida
Pioneer Property Management is looking for an experienced and ethical Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Assist with all aspects of maintenance of the apartment complex.
-Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical systems, service requests, and report potential liability issues or safety hazards.
-Assist in planning and executing all preventive maintenance programs such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems.
-Help the maintenance team complete the apartment preparation process.
-Ensure knowledge of and compliance with company security policies.
-Responsible for operating within the property’s budget guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year experience in the sector.
-Ability to take instructions and contribute to a team environment.
-Must be proficient in all areas of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, swimming pools, roofing, and life safety equipment.
-Strong oral/written communication skills.
-Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
-EPA certification. Preferably CPO.
-Background and drug investigation required.
-Have your own and reliable transportation (insured vehicle and valid driver’s license).
-Available for emergency guard duties.
-Must be able to function effectively in a customer service environment.
