Parking Sweep Technician Job Sarasota/ Bradenton, Florida
Established company seeks Parking Sweep Technician to join our team.
We start our shift at 10pm. 8 hour shifts. 40 hours a week. We serve multiple sites every night.
We use backpack blowers to clear debris from sidewalks and corners, then sweep up any remaining debris with a sweeper truck for a clean, finished job. Additional janitorial work is also required to empty trash and clean shelves.
Available full-time and part-time.
-You will receive training to operate a truck-mounted sweeper (no CDL required).
-You will use a backpack blower, walk, and lift 25 to 30 pounds.
-Some mechanical skills are required.
-A clean driving record is required.
-Vacation after one year
-Paid time off after 90 days
-6 paid vacations after one year
