We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious dishes for our guests. Sushi Chef responsibilities include: Handling a wide variety of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food inventory, and working with attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards.

IN-LINE COOKING Cook foods by roasting, frying, sautéing and other cooking methods according to specific recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Cleans and disinfects cooking surfaces at end of shift.
