. Description: We are looking for an Automotive Detailer with a passion for automobiles, experience with luxury cars and excellent customer service to keep our vehicles in tip-top condition. This external position is ideal for those with automotive detailing skills, including washing, vacuuming, sanitizing and applying ceramic coatings.
Responsibilities:
-Complete detailing of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
-Efficient use of specialized equipment such as high pressure washers and vacuum cleaners.
-Specialized application of ceramic coatings and quality control.
-Maintenance of stock and adequate parking of vehicles.
-Comply with safety standards when using chemicals and tools and teach customers how to care for ceramic coatings for vehicle maintenance.
-Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs. -Provide professional recommendations and upsell additional services to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license.
-Experience in applying details, waxes and ceramic coatings.
-Knowledge of safety when handling chemicals and equipment.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
