National Cleaning Company is seeking Associates for 1 Cleaner/Janitor position in the Tampa area:
This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 1:30pm.
POSITIONING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general duties in support of operational requirements as needed outside the facility.
Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Keep the warehouse area, parking lot and yard areas clean.
-Cleaning and collecting debris in an open warehouse, dust yard maintenance and building maintenance.
-Process removal of trash, empty trash containers located around storage area and aprons.
-Remove pallets and wood from forklift areas and dispose of them in the trash.
- Walk along the edge of the facility and pick up debris, around and behind trucks, parking lots and fences.
- Lightly clean the outside of the bathroom and break room, sweep and mop the floor, wipe down tables, and vacuum the carpeted area.
-Keep clean and organize the cleaning cabinet. Help with other cleaning tasks.
-Able to follow instructions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-It is essential to pay close attention to details.
-Able to follow instructions and must be able to move and lift more than 30 pounds for daily tasks.
-Clean record.
-Responsible.
-Experience in cleaning.
