Suntree and Pineoaks MHP is looking for an experienced handyman to help with daily repairs and maintenance at both of our properties.
The hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4am, with a rotating shift with the other person responsible for maintenance for emergency situations only after working hours, holidays and weekends.
We offer paid holidays, including 11 paid days off (starting immediately), 401k, medical, vision and dental plans, 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, and 1 week of paid sick leave per year.
We need someone who has knowledge of plumbing, simple electrical, drywall repair and is in good health to help with lawn maintenance, house cleaning and lifting with a partner.
Please note that we require a criminal background check and drug screen prior to hiring.
Must have a valid driver’s license. And references in similar areas.
