We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented people to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Welcome, accommodate guests and provide attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
Accurately receive and transmit customer orders to kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and with attention to detail.
4.Share knowledge about German dishes, ingredients and cultural nuances competently.
Respond to customer questions, concerns and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
6.Collaborate with the rest of the staff to ensure the smooth running of the business.
7.Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness in the dining area.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of German cuisine is a plus, but not mandatory.
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
