Looking for a reliable, long-term handyman to join our property management team. Responsibilities: -Repair and maintenance of residential/commercial properties (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
Attention to the details.
-Perform routine inspections and maintenance.
-Provide top-notch customer service.
-Resolve and resolve problems efficiently. -Respect security codes.
Requirements: -Solid experience in maintenance/repair.
-Experience in all businesses.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Valid driver’s license; own transport.
-Own tools.
-Able to perform physical tasks.
-Good communication skills.
-You must pass a three-day trial (daily payments)
