We are looking for maintenance personnel Hialeah, Florida
40 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure the cleaning and general maintenance of the building.
-Promptly respond to tenants’ questions and concerns.
-Carry out periodic inspections of the property.
-Perform other duties as assigned
-Clean and disinfect high-traffic areas
-Remove debris
-Empty trash cans or recycling containers
-Bathroom cleaning
-Mop floors
-Perform repairs to basic equipment
-Tend areas of the establishment
Requirements:
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Previous experience in building maintenance or property management will be an advantage.
Pay: $600/week
