Varist and Associates, LLC We specialize in indoor and outdoor event cleaning, crowd control, janitorial services and more. We are looking for reliable, trustworthy and hardworking employees who will act as supervisors, leaders and general workers.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
A valid driver’s license is required for all supervisor and leader positions.
Supervisors and leaders must be able to manage teams of more than 20 people (Supervisors) or more than 10 people (Leaders) with clear and convincing communication in an honest, fair and ethical manner within and outside the city.
Ability to remain standing for 85% of the work day.
Ability to lift between 30 and 60 pounds.
Availability to work extended hours and on holidays and weekends.
Possibility to travel.
