Your local Jacksonville, FL towing/towing service company
is looking for a full time dispatcher to start immediately.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Receives all initial service requests and other calls.
Determines the correct routing of calls.
Determines appropriate towing/tow service needs and dispatches to
winch/trailer operators.
Assists with disposition and processes lien documentation for unclaimed vehicles.
Serves as the main telephone number and contact for the client’s office.
Escort customers to vehicle storage area when necessary.
