Front Desk Agent Job Great Neck, New York
The Inn at Great Neck is seeking a full or part-time Front Desk Agent available to work day and night shifts on weekdays and weekends. Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check-in in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Check the customer’s credit card and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation.
- Provide information and help to all guests.
Front Desk Agent Requirements: - Have previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry.
