The Inn at Great Neck is seeking a full or part-time Front Desk Agent available to work day and night shifts on weekdays and weekends. Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and check-in in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Check the customer’s credit card and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation.
  • Provide information and help to all guests.
    Front Desk Agent Requirements:
  • Have previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry.
