RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and close the Park on certain days of the week and weekends
Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)
Monitor on-site staff
Monitor adequate maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
Promote safety for employees and customers
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, any college preferred
Previous experience in a supervisor level role
Proven conflict management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Availability to work nights and/or weekends
